Although the street outside can get loud, the windows seal well and offer tranquility. the staff was friendly and willing to help with anything.

The cleanliness was a major issue. the building and rooms were dirty, particularly the bathroom, which was shared and unhygienic.

The hotel is really close to the city center and all the main attractions, making it a great value for money. Celebrating New Year's Eve in the heart of the city was amazing. the location was perfect, with bars, restaurants, and shops all around. We had a blast exploring the city and enjoying the festivities. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the room was nicely decorated, and the bedding and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

The room was quite small and lacked any extra amenities. We also had issues with the noise level from neighboring rooms, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Even though we encountered a few issues during our stay, the staff at the hotel tried their best to help us and address them. I would recommend this hotel for a couple of nights.
